• Blue cut glasses, also known as blue light glasses, are used for the purpose of limiting blue light exposure from digital screens. They are important to use for people who spend long hours working with screens and are at a higher risk of developing premature eye damage and loss of visual acuity. 
• The filter that is built into the lenses of blue cut glasses is one that ensures that artificial blue light does not reach your eyes. The limit capacity of blue cut glasses can differ from 10% to 90%, depending upon the quality of the blue cut filter.
